Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your journal to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Your journal must be unused and in its original condition.

• Return shipping will be at your cost.

• Please email kim@kimberlythorne.com.au first to arrange your return. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

What counts as a defect

We do our very best to ensure your journal arrives in a beautiful condition. A defect would include things like:

• Printing errors (e.g., missing or repeated pages)

• Binding issues (loose or misaligned pages)

• Receiving the wrong item

Please note: minor cosmetic wear such as a small scuff, or a minor bend to a corner or edge, does not count as a defect. We pack journals with care, but small cosmetic marks can sometimes happen in transit.

Recycled paper

Our journals are printed on recycled paper. This means you may notice tiny specks or natural variations in the paper. These are completely normal, part of the recycled process, and not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll check it over and email you to confirm your refund.

• If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little extra time to appear in your account.

Damages or issues

If your journal arrives damaged beyond minor cosmetic wear, is defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us straight away. We’ll do our best to make it right for you.
