    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is included in the purchase price - no surprises at checkout. Orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

    When will my order be dispatched?

    All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy times (like launches or sales), it may take a little longer.

    The journal is designed to guide you through 12 full cycles - on average that’s about one year of daily tracking, reflections and rituals.

    Is this journal suitable if I’m new to cycle tracking?

    Absolutely! The journal includes simple daily prompts and helpful insights about each of the four phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory & luteal). You don’t need any prior knowledge - it’s designed to support beginners and deepen the practice for those already tracking.
