Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms, in line with UK consumer law.

2. Product Info
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. All products are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
3. Orders
Order confirmation emails are issued upon purchase. Your order is only accepted once it has been dispatched.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP. Kimberly Thorne is not registered for VAT and does not collect VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Standard shipping is included. Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
We use Royal Mail 48 for delivery. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. For more information on Royal Mail transit times, please visit Royal Mail Delivery Services. Please note, parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed you have a small window available to cancel your order before this is shipped out to you. Once this has been dispatched we are not able to cancel your order. To request a cancellation please contact us via the 'Contact' page.
7. Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost. Email kim@kimberlythorne.com.au to initiate a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
9. Pre-Orders
Dispatch timelines for pre-orders will be stated on the product page. Purchasing a pre-order means accepting the stated delay.
10. Intellectual Property
All website and journal content is the property of Kimberly Thorne and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
11. Liability
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not liable for issues caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for deliveries, which is insured for parcels up to £150. For more details on coverage and claims, please visit the Royal Mail Delivery Services.
Digital Products
Our digital products are a lifetime access product and as such are not valid for any refunds or cancellations.
